About

Hi!

I’m the Rogue HCI Guy. I’m a researcher and scientist in the broader HCI field and blog about scientific mishaps, misbehaviors and general misconceptions about scientific methods, concepts and policy.

If you’re sensitive about swearwords, strong language and basic empiricism, I would recommend you do not read this blog.

Unfortunately, the scientific community isn’t too welcoming of people who actually criticize their own environment, despite claiming to do so – I’m rogue, after all. This is why I did not reveal my identity on this blog and will probably never do so.

It is this kind of privacy that enables me to write about topics that are controversial or about ones where people don’t want to listen to the truth for whatever reason.
